A New 14 Points
A Foundation for the International Christian Right
In the face of an increasingly interconnected world, Christians need to articulate a vision for international law and cooperation. I suggest the following New 14 Points as a starting position:
Recognize and Establish Evangelical Protestantism as the acceptable range of religious tolerance and metaphysical assumptions
Establish Freedom of the Internet
Establish the Universal Adoption of the English Common Law, As It Stood In the Year 1776
Establish Freedom of Speech (Not Absolute but With a Bias Towards Tolerance);
Recognize and Establish the Freedom of All Men to Keep and Bear Arms
Recognize the Natural Right of Individual and Corporate Men to Engage in Self-Defense
Recognize the “Implicit Cry For Help” Doctrine (the Right of Assist Other Men in Lawful Self-Defense, Even When Unsolicited)
Recognize the Freedom of Assembly and Association
Recognize the Right of Communal Man to Establish Judges to Intercede on Their Behalf, When Necessary To Preserve Their Life, Liberty, Property, and Rights
Recognize the Positive Divine Ordinance of Monogamous Marriage; Including the Natural Headship of the Husband Over His Wife and Minor Children, as well as the Ownership of Their Labor
Recognize the Sacred Nature of the Oath
Recognize the Validity and Necessity of Meritocratic Testing and Measurement
Recognize that Consent Can be Given Irrevocably
The Establishment of a New United Nations.
